BELLYDANCE FOR PERFORMANCE: Every Friday 4:30-5:30 PM

This course will focus on how bellydancers can gain their full potential when performing before an audience. Learn how to fine-tune your body for the stage through dance, poses and postures. You will learn what to do onstage and off and how to best prepare yourself and your body for the best show of your life.

 

TURKISH BELLYDANCE FOR FITNESS: Every Friday 5:45-6:45 PM

This is not your typical Bellydance class. You will improve  your cardiovascular capacity and increase muscle strength through basic and unique movements. While the focus will be on the hips and abs, this bellydance helps you to vibrate all the muscles in your body which in turn helps to increase cell activity. Vibration is key to any health regime in fitness but, bellydance vibration will magnify this element to a higher degree. You will increase your internal strength by becoming more confident in movement through this bellydance workout. You will release your stress, find your strength, smile, laugh, have fun and sweat.
